  1. Very much enjoyed your gig in Blandford last night.

The video of 'Saved' and 'What Can I Do For You?' was something of a revelation.

Speaking of Bob's history, thought you might be interested in this video footage of Paul Clayton which has just surfaced. Up to now, it was thought that none existed.

He is also singing one of my favourite songs of his. I know that you do not necessarily share my enthusiasm for his work, but this is an important historical document nonetheless:

  3. Thank you Jonathan - but I wish you'd come and said hello at the end!

    1. I brought my seventeen year old son along. I had to explain some of those obscure names like Alan Ginsberg and Jerry Lee Lewis to him. But what really puzzled him was the 'Judas' comment and why people booed at his shows. Maybe one day I'll get him onto Song and Dance Man. I did swiftly shake your hand on the way out but, stupidly, got tongue-tied. Anyway, thank you for truly brilliant talk.
